چکیده

It is presented the comparative analysis of treatment of 56 patients receiving blockers of H2 receptors, inhibitors of proton pomp both antihelicobacter eradication, and 58 people which complex included vacuum therapy by an original technique. At vacuum therapy within the first week of treatment there came ulcer clarification, its granulation, there is an epithelization and scarring. After short-term increase of number of the intraepithelial neutrophils their quantity in own plate twice increased. For 21 days in every third supervision full healing of an ulcer, in other cases was visualized an active epithelization and scarring. In the cytogrammes the quantity of neutrophils decreased by 1.8 times, in histograms they reached a minimum as intraepithelial, and in own plate. The quantity of lymphocytes in own plate increased, correlating with increase of mitotic activity of an epithelium. Vacuum therapy, stimulating regionarny circulation, provokes an aggravation of a chronic inflammation in an ulcer. Then when fading of "neutrophil splash" the local inflammation is liquidated. Increase of "population" of own plate by lymphocytes is interfaced to potentiation of their morphogenetic function that will be coordinated with increase of mitotic activity of an epithelium and confirms reparation stimulation in an ulcer zone by means of low vacuum.

The Effects of Variable, Intermittent, and Continuous Negative Pressure Wound Therapy, Using Foam or Gauze, on Wound Contraction, Granulation Tissue Formation, and Ingrowth Into the Wound Filler

OBJECTIVE Negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) is commonly used in the continuous mode. Intermittent pressure therapy (IPT) results in faster wound healing, but it often causes pain. Variable pressure therapy (VPT) has therefore been introduced to provide a smooth transition between 2 different pressure environments, thereby maintaining the negative pressure environment throughout the therapy...
